Week 1

  1. Beginner 1 Review of Isolations
    1. Shimmies: leg shimmy, leg vibration, hip shimmy, hip vibration, hip twist, shoulder twist, shoulder vibration, Afro/up-down.
    2. Chest Isolations: wall chest circles, floor chest circles; undulations, rev. undulations; chest mayas. Varying speed/size, height (knees and toes).
    3. Hip Isolations: small, medium, large hip circles; maya aka wall 8s, rev maya; floor 8s + rev. Varying speed/size, height (knees and toes).
    4. Shoulder Isolations: shimmies, vibrations, rolls
    5. Head Isolations: slides L/R, F/B; circles.
  2. Travelling: Egyptian basic with infiniti arms, step-shimmy walk, shimmy-step walk
  3. Exposure to layered shimmies ***: chest isolations + shoulder shimmies, leg shimmy + hipslide or pelvic tilt B.
